TRX Suspension Training will take your body to a whole different level
The movements and exercises performed using the TRX differ from traditional training methods in that the user’s hands or feet are generally anchored by a single point while the opposite end of the body is in contact with the ground. The single-point attachment then allows the optimum combination of support and mobility to train strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility and power all at once and across a wide range of resistance.
Because of the numerous exercises that can be performed using the TRX and the different levels of resistance created, TRX Suspension Training sits perfectly alongside Pilates. Both types of movement are focused on integrating strength, balance and alignment into a dynamic format to challenge your body and achieve your fitness and performance goals.
